• Preferences, subscriptions, and non-essential usage data

5.2 Data That May Be Retained

Notwithstanding account deletion, Pawzeeble Infosol Private Limited may retain certain information strictly to the extent required for:

• Compliance with applicable laws, rules, or regulations of India
• Accounting, taxation, audit, and statutory record-keeping
• Prevention and detection of fraud, abuse, or misuse of the platform
• Enforcement of legal rights, resolution of disputes, chargebacks, or claims
